{exciting news} meet kona!

our family grew by four feet today!  it was snowy and gross outside, so we went to a puppy adoption event (because that's normal, right?)... we definitely didn't think we were going to make the jump, but we just fell in love with this little lady (i mean, look at those eyes!). she's about four months old, a little rescue mutt with some australian kelpie in her, and i think we're going to call her kona. we're over the moon... the cats? less so...

{exciting news} we bought a house!

it's a sweet little 1935 bungalow in old town louisville with tons of charm and a peach tree in the back yard and we couldn't be happier!
here are some pics from the listing website {sorry for the poor quality; don't worry i'm sure there will be plenty more to come}!

{exciting news} we have ourselves a quarterback!

holy draft day, batman!

our redskins got themselves a quarterback! he's a heisman trophy winner,

he played football in texas, and he wears crazy socks! three cheers for RGIII!!!

{exciting news} introducing two wandering on etsy!

ladies and gentlemen, we've opened a shop on etsy!

it's a work in progress, so stop by often and check out what's new!

{exciting news} we're moving!

well this may just be our craziest adventure yet: we're packing up the cats and heading out west!
it's something A and i have talked about doing for years, and we're finally doing it. we're certainly going to miss our family and friends in texas, but we can't wait to start this next exciting chapter of our lives!
our new home awaits us in lovely louisville, colorado...
